So you ask a stupid question that has NOTHING to do with the topic of the thread, just so you can say I'm wrong without even proving that I am. If you are just going to masturbate your ego, you can just go fuck yourself. See, you are just like Nix. Don't bother to reply, because from now on I don't read your stupid shit any more. As the saying goes, "I refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed

whic? The answer to your dumb question is the rocks in the bottom of the rivers. Also there aren't any square nucleus' or particles in an atom either. Things that go round and round, are round. Amazing isn't it! You didn't need to ask a physicist, you could have asked an eighth grader.

By the way...I was talking this morning with a retired physicist...86 years old and he answered the question for me. There is a relative answer to the roundness question...Just thought you would like to know whic question . JHarper

Again, the make up of atoms are a fact, not a theory....dumb ass.

According to NASA "We certainly know that our universe exist, however, this knowledge alone has not satisfied mankind's quest for further understanding . Our curiosity has led us to question our place in this universe and furthermore, the place of the universe itself. Throughout time we have asked ourselves these questions: How did our universe begin? Our curiosity has led us to question our place in this universe and furthermore, the place of the universe itself. Throughout time we have asked ourselves these questions: How did our universe begin? How old is our universe? How did matter come to exist? Obviously, these are not simple questions and throughout our brief history on this planet much time and effort has been spent looking for some clue. Yet, after all this energy has been expended, much of what we know is still only speculation."
"Only speculation." Now...for the smartass that knows more than NASA...and more than William Kaufman, "Galaxies and Quasars," Joseph Silk, "A Short History of the Universe" John Taylor, "When The Clock Struck Zero," and Xuan Thuan Tran, "The Birth of the Universe'.......please give us the benefit of a straight answer to the original question. I doubt there is one but if anyone knows...it is you for sure. I'm sure everyone on this site would be interested in your credentials as well.

Ye old Ghost in 22. 23 is trying to have a conversation about a question he asked five or ten poster back. All you do is fuss and complain like an old woman with a grudge. If you answer the question, I'll bet he would be amazed. I would. Economic says so

The big bang is all theory dumbass....There is very little of sc ience that is settled yet. If you had a few of those atoms circulating in your brain you could connect and know that. JHarper

Atoms are a fact, not a theory. Their make up is a fact, not a theory. Fact, global warming had nothing to do with the big bang. Fact, planets being round had nothing to do with the big bang. Fact, if you had a brain, you'd know why they're round. Fact, I'm not going to waste my time explaining it to an idiot incapable of learning.

#20...it is all a "Theory" this isn't as serious as you think.... The Big Bang was the ultimate in global warming.....The object got so hot it exploded...whether big or small, so when you figure that out do a little research and come back. I'm not about to try and educate you. The question still begs an answer....."why are the planets and other objects round, in general, or roundish and not shaped

Harper, you give stupid answers like "global warming" and then pretend you know what you're talking about. The answer to your last stupid question is, "because they're not square." And that dense object, according to science, was the size of a marble. Still, being that everything, according to science is "cause and effect", so there had to be a cause that had the effect of the heating of the object

Still, being that everything, according to science is "cause and effect", so there had to be a cause that had the effect of the heating of the object that exploded. Like Nix, you are bragging on your ignorance.

That is incorrect #17, the theory is that the big bang was an explosion from a super heated extrememly dense object. More than 200 of the most distinguist cosmologist agree on that point. The expanded atom theory is pretty much useless. Lead and Iron Ore minerals are just two examples of the defeat of that theory. But the question still begs an answer, why are the planets and large objects of

The theory of the big bang is that when it happened, all matter came from something the size of a marble. All Atoms and all that exists are 99.999% empty space.

On this point.....what I would like to know from the scientic minded on this site is why all the planets and most of larger things we can look at are circular, round or roundish. None appear to be flat,or spear shaped or odd... all appear to be generally circular. What I know about the Big bang theory, it has been around since the 1920's and generally refers to the beginning as a super heating of

None appear to be flat,or spear shaped or odd... all appear to be generally circular. What I know about the Big bang theory, it has been around since the 1920's and generally refers to the beginning as a super heating of an extremely dense super large object, maybe something as large as another sun or perhaps the existing sun overheated in a molten state and gravity had formed the objects into a roundness prior to the explosion. But it seems the relativity of a vast explosive power, relative to the size and weight of thrown objects such as planets and galaxies, would have cast many more smaller objects farther and the larger planets and objects would be closer to the sun or whatever exploded. Curious, JHarper

It says in the christian bible, that God created everything that exists. The universe, illusion, evil, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, evolution, science, all the plants and animals, aliens, alternate universes, cars, planes, space ships, Hindus, Christians, atheists, truth, in fact there's nothing that exists that God didn't create. Pretty creative, huh. Now destruction is Lucifer's function. Positive=God

Pretty creative, huh. Now destruction is Lucifer's function. Positive=God creation , Negative=evil destruction , they don't interchange. God didn't destroy Sodom and Gomorrah, evil did. God won't destroy anyone, everyone gets to choose. God created freedom of choice too.

God sparked the big bang. Whether or not God is able to think at all is a whole different matter, It could very well be some obscure phyisical force that we haveyet to understand.

How the hell can consciousness exist with nothing to be conscious of? By that statement, you imply that there are no laws of reality, only what you perceive. If what you say if true, it is impossible for a conscious mind to form concepts, the only way we can command nature. Because, "In order to be commanded, nature must be obeyed." -Francis Bacon

im not asking for the truth behind it, im looking for what people believe happend since it can not be proved. all i ask is for people to put logic and or imagination behind this. most of us have heard stories of different gods bringing the universe into existence, so no need to go into that unless u want to. #4 how do you think time sparked it? #3 how do you think Thought sparked it.
