Looks like he will get time. For people that live in big cities, the hand gun bans are good. For rural people, it is not the same.

Washington D.C. had a hand gun ban, and the NRA got that overturned. I live in a city, no gun bans here. Everybody in the whole state of Florida is allowed to wear a gun, including Miami, Tampa, and Tallahassee.
