Its shocking to think how unconstitutional our government has become. Even the Supreme Court has overstepped their limits because they are not allowed to make any laws. Its going to be nearly impossible for the government to be reigned in, but all hope is not lost. Montana has a guns issue that takes on the government over states rights. I pray that it passes

As crazy as it sounds, I'd be all for "splitting 'er down the middle". Just divide the country in half... let the liberals go one way, and the conservatives go the other. I would even be willing to move and trade my property if my half of the country went to the Libs.
It would be fun to watch how quickly the other side would implode, without having the conservatives to bleed.... 90% income tax rates, "universal" healthcare, but no qualified doctors to care for them (they'd all be on my side of the country), etc., etc.... it would actually be a very educational experience.

I think the federal government will stop pushing when state governments push back. The governor of Texas said he wouldn't enforce socialized medicine. A lot of states are trying to resolidify their rights under the 9th and 10th amendments. The great thing about this is our government has a long way to go before it sends in federal troops to a dissident state to "keep order". The would truly be the
